Comes with original certificate of service, Torpedo History Sheet, Recommendations for Advancement and Conduct Record Sheet, Regulating Branch History Sheet, Gunnery History Sheet, letter from the Ministry of Defence for the award of the Russian 40th Anniversary medal and award certificates for both anniversary medals.
Also included is a newspaper cutting from the Doncaster Free Press reporting on Thomas Potts and two others being presented with their Russian Commemorative medal.
