WW1 Victory Medal named to 16-309 Pte. H. Emsley. W. York. R.
Harry Emsley was born and resided in Bradford.
He was one of the original members of the 16th Battalion, enlisting 21/9/1914 and landing with the Battalion in Egypt 22/12/1915.
His papers show he was wounded in action and was discharged 21/3/1918.
The medals are in good condition and are mounted on a black felt backing.
