The medals are in good condition and are swing mounted for wear.
Montague Slingsby was from Nuneaton and attended Nuneaton Grammar School. He was the head of the firm Messrs. Henry Slingsby Ltd, the regalia manufacturers which were founded by his grandfather, Henry Slingsby, in 1843.
