A first world war casualty BWM awarded to 3616 / S-23928 Private Stanley Maurice Downs, 7th Battalion Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders, who was killed in action on 27th March 1918 and is remembered at Arras Memorial. 

British War Medal named to 3616 Pte. S. Downs. Camerons.

The medal is in good condition and comes with 2 original photographs of Stanley Downs and a christmas card from his parents. 

Stanley Downs was from Hull, Yorkshire.
