George VI Army Long Service & Good Conduct Medal named to 3854623 W.O.Cl.2. R. Slater. E. Lan. R.
Ronald Slater enlisted into the Loyal Regt and served with the 1st Battalion in Palestine. He was listed as wounded and missing on 1st June 1940, during the defence of Bergues. He doesn't appear to be listed as a POW so possibly escaped.
The medal is in good condition.
