Memorial Plaque (Death Penny) named to John Coleman
Memorial Scroll named to Pte. John Coleman Royal Sussex Regt.
Killed In action - 12th August 1917 (Hooge Crater Cemetery)
The plaque is polished but the name can be read clearly. It comes in the original card box of issue with the King's letter and the scroll comes in the original postage tube addressed to Mrs E. Coleman.
John Coleman was born and enlisted in Uckfield, Sussex. He lived at Long Eaton, Nottingham with his wife Emily.
