A Victorian blackened brass other ranks glengarry badge for the Kildare Rifles Militia.
They were raised at Naas c1780 as Kildare Militia. Became the 3rd Bn. Royal Dublin Fusiliers on the 1st July 1881.
One of the lugs has been repaired / replaced but the badge is otherwise in good condition and displays well.
