The medal is in good condition.
William Henry John Fullick was born at Lambeth, London on 20th January 1894 and was an underground railway worker when he enlisted in the East Surrey Regiment subsequently transferring to the Royal Engineers. He served in the Great War and in Afghanistan 1919.
