A first world war prisoner of war medal group of three awarded to 9751 Serjeant Henry Charles John Barton, 1st Bn East Lancashire Regt, who was captured during the Attack on Dewdrop Trench, Somme.

British War Medal named to 9751 Sjt. H.C.J. Barton. E. Lan. R.
WW1 Victory Medal named to 9751 Sjt. H.C. Barton. E. Lan. R.
Please note there is a mistake to his second initial on the star with it being a G instead of a C. This is mentioned on his MIC.
The medals are in good condition and are swing mounted for wear.
Sjt Barton was captured and taken prisoner of war on 18th October 1916 at the attack on Dewdrop Trench, Somme.
