British War Medal named to 67605 Sjt. H. Shearing. R.E.
WW1 Victory Medal named to 67605 Sjt. H. Shearing. R.E.
Hubert Shearing volunteered in Feruary 1915. He first entered France in October 1915 and took part in the Battles of Arras, Ypres, the Somme and Cambrai. He was twice gassed and also buried in a shell hole, being without food and water for some time.
The medals are in good condition.
