A Boer war QSA awarded to 5524 Private Alfred Lumb, 2nd Battalion Northamptonshire Regt.
Queen's South Africa Medal (Clasps - Cape Colony, Orange Free State, Transvaal, South Africa 1901) named to 5524 Pte. A. Lumb, 2nd Northampton Regt.
The medal is in good condition. Please note hat the SA 1901 clasp is loose. The other three are all riveted.
Comes with an original photograph of Lumb in uniform and research.
Alfred Lumb was the father-in-law of William Heritage, who served with the Royal Artillery. His medals are available here:
