George VI Royal Navy Long Service & Good Conduct Medal (with Bar) named to J.109989 J.C.B. Love. P.O. H.M.S. Edinburgh Castle.
The medals are in good condition and are mounted for display.
John Love was born on 3rd December 1908 in Cornwall. He joined the Royal Navy as a Boy in 1924 and signed up for 12 years service on his 18th birthday.
Awarded his LSGC on 4/4/1942 and his bar on 18/12/1956 (HMS Edinburgh Castle).
