The medals are in good condition and are court mounted for wear.
Lilian Brackley (nee Hunter) was born in West Ham in 1911. On the 1939 register, she was still living in West Ham, and on the remarks it states she was a volunteer with the ARP West Ham First Aid Post. She married in 1959, and the BEM was gazetted on 31.12.1983 (Red Cross Centre Organiser) She died in 1988.
