The medals are in good condition and are swing mounted for wear. The ribbons are a frayed.
Frank Scarborough Kelleway was born on 27/11/1901 in Portsmouth. He joined the Royal Navy as a Boy Articifer on 28/7/1917. The British War Medal is his sole entitlement for the first world war.
He was awarded his LSGC on 15/2/1936 onboard HMS Coventry.
In the second world war, Kelleway served on HMS Birmingham which took part in the Normandy campaign in 1940.
